1. Community Standards & UGC

Handskill : PocketMates is a platform built for respectful and safe community engagement. User-Generated Content (UGC) is subject to the following rules:

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, explicit adult content, illegal activity, harassment, and abusive behavior.
Prohibited Content: You may not post, upload, or share any content that violates the rights of others or is restricted by applicable laws.
Reporting & Blocking: PocketMates provides intuitive tools to report abusive content or block users. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, including content removal or account termination.

2. User Content Ownership

By posting content to our services, you grant Handskill : PocketMates a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You represent that you own all rights to the content you share.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, Handskill : PocketMates is provided "as-is" and "as available." We are not liable for any temporary service interruptions or data loss related to technical maintenance or third-party outages.

4. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Handskill : PocketMates and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application or the conduct of other users.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
